It our first attempt at a French Beaujolais style wine from estate grown Chambourcin grapes. It was fermented with a carbonic maceration which left a bright, fresh fruit flavor and aroma. This is a very limited production wine and the winery is getting down to the last cases for the year. It won't be back until November.
