French Lick, IN, (June 8, 2011) - Only five weeks to go until The Indiana Uplands Wine Trail celebrates its first-ever "Uncork the Uplands" event at Huber's Orchard, Winery & Vineyards. This entertaining and wildly enjoyable epicurean experience is specifically created for the wine connoisseur and food lover in all of us...and who doesn't love good wine and food?! From Friday, July 15, and continuing through Saturday, July 16, this special celebration of the crispest Chardonnays, classic Cabernets, and splendid Sauvignons, plus many, many more ? in addition to the sensational regional foods that will be served ? guarantees a fun-filled, festive, summer weekend you absolutely cannot miss.

The festivities begin Friday at 6 p.m. EDT with a cocktail reception and culinary demonstration with internationally renowned Master Sommelier, TV host and author, Andrea Robinson. The celebration continues Saturday evening at 6 p.m. with the "Uncorked Celebration Dinner", an over-the-top wine connoisseur's dream, featuring a dabbling of wine education with pairings of the Trail's finest wines and foods, featuring Robinson as special guest speaker.
